Nechama’s Good Deeds Day at Agudas Israel

Good Deeds Day: Spreading Hope Through Action Date: Sunday, April 27, 2025 Time: 12:00 – 3:30 p.m. (ET) Location: Agudas Israel Synagogue, Hendersonville, North Carolina National Days of Jewish Service, a Repair the World initiative, aims to mobilize Jewish volunteers to perform meaningful acts of service and learning. Good Deeds Day, a global celebration of volunteering, embodies this ethos by mobilizing volunteers to show up, care for all individuals regardless of faith, and work side by side with their neighbors. This year, NECHAMA and Agudas Israel will host volunteers from churches throughout Henderson County to assemble relief packages for victims of Hurricane Helene. Many of Helene’s survivors feel disconnected, worried that the help is gone.
