DESCRIPTION:CBI is launching a special pre High Holiday program led by Alan
  Silverman. Five Shabbat mornings Aug 5\, 19\, 26\, and Sept 2 and 9* at 9
 :30 am we meet in the sanctuary and spend the first 20 minutes of what wou
 ld normally be the Shabbat preliminary prayer time\, and instead use this 
 time preparing for prayer in a discussion format addressing 3 essential pr
 ayer questions:\n1. Why am I here (in shul for services)?\n2. How do I spe
 nd my time (while in services)?\n3. What are the obstacles to me accomplis
 hing what I came for?\n\nWhether or not you are a 'regular' on Shabbat mor
 nings\, we hope you will join us as we prepare our minds and our spirit fo
